The institution prepares learners for entry into the labor market both in German-speaking countries and in Africa by actively supporting their professional integration. The primary goals of Georg Bildungszentrum are to train qualified professionals in areas where qualifications are crucial, thereby contributing to tackling the labor shortage in Africa and German-speaking countries.

In Africa, we face challenges such as unemployment and a lack of training opportunities. In German-speaking countries, there is a labor shortage. Another important aspect is that there are no countries in Africa where German is an official language. Therefore, mobility between Africa and German-speaking countries is limited.
